Web Design for Spain’s Leading Car Wash Franchise

Alvato Luxury Detailing

Alvato Luxury Detailing is the largest and most prestigious car wash franchise in Spain, with over 40 locations nationwide. I worked with the company for more than three years (2018-2021), leading digital marketing and web design efforts.

What began as a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) with a small website evolved into a high-impact digital platform that supported the company's rapid expansion. During my time at Alvato, the company won Spain’s Best Franchise Award, and one of its franchisees was recognized as Best Franchisee in the World—a testament to the brand's excellence and strategic growth.

My Role & Contributions

Although I originally joined Alvato as part of the in-house team, I worked at the central office for one year. After that, I left and continued collaborating as an external consultant for two more years, allowing me to work closely with executives, franchisees, and marketing specialists. My contributions included:

  • Web Design & Development: Built and maintained the company’s website using WordPress, ensuring it remained modern, fast, and scalable.
  • Graphic Design & Branding: Created digital assets, marketing materials, and visual content to strengthen the company’s brand identity.
  • Franchise Support & On-Site Collaboration: Traveled across different locations, working directly with franchisees to implement digital improvements and ensure consistency in branding and operations.
  • Corporate Presentations & Internal Communication: Assisted in preparing presentations, reports, and strategy meetings, collaborating with office colleagues and franchise partners to enhance business operations.

A Project Beyond a Website

Unlike a standard web design project, my involvement with Alvato went far beyond building a website. I played a key role in supporting their digital expansion, ensuring a strong online presence that aligned with their brand’s rapid growth and nationwide success.

Since then, the company has evolved and adopted a new website, but my contributions remain a crucial part of Alvato's digital transformation journey.
